About Us

Abbott Metal Designs was created by Sean Abbott in 2023. With a background of 15 years of experience in welding, fabrication, and marine infrastructure, Sean wanted to blend his experience of metal work with his appreciation of the BC coastal landscape. He lives in Squamish with his wife and daughter, where they enjoy all that the Sea to Sky region has to offer. Through Abbott Metal Designs, combining his love for metalworking with the natural beauty of the area he creates functional and unique pieces.
